District Committees
Keeping the SUDAS manuals current is an ongoing, cooperative effort involving hundreds of people across Iowa—including engineers, contractors, industry representatives, and contractors.
Organized into committees representing six different regions, or “districts”, across Iowa, these volunteers represent cities, counties, contractors, Iowa DOT, and the industry. District committees generally meet three times per year to review and recommend proposed revisions to the SUDAS manuals and present proposed changes to the board of directors.
